Endowment Fund

What is an endowment?

An endowment fund helps ensure the future of the parish and sustain its mission now and forever. A gift to an endowment fund is never spent. Instead, the gifts are protected by law, professionally invested, and grow over time.

As the value of the endowment fund grows, our parish receives an annual distribution grant that comes from the earnings of the fund. The distribution grant can be used in many ways to support the needs St. Mary Magdalene.

How do I give?

You can give online through this link: Saint Mary Magdalene Catholic Church Endowment Fund or through a gift in your will or estate plan.

Parishioners can make planned gifts to the parish endowment fund which will provide funding for our parish ministries long after we are gone.

A planned gift is a gift that requires forethought, as it comes from assets or from a will or estate plan. Many find that making a gift in their will (also called a bequest) is the easiest way to support the future of the church for generations to come. The goal of planned giving is to help you plan your estate and charitable giving in a way that benefits you, your family, and the causes you care most about.
