Being Christian is not the result of an ethical choice or a lofty idea, but the encounter with an event, a person, which gives life a new horizon and a decisive direction.Pope Benedict XVI, Deus Caritas Est
Growing in your faith is a lifelong process. The Sacraments of Initiation are the beginning of a relationship, not a graduation party at the end of studies. This relationship with God continues every day and permeates our whole lives, if we allow Him in. Our parish hopes to walk with you and support you in that daily journey with Jesus.
Our goal for this catechetical year is to continue to support the three-year Eucharistic Revival movement by providing sessions that will facilitate us to “be healed, converted, formed, and unified by an encounter with Jesus in the Eucharist”. At Our Parish
I am the bread of life; he who comes to me shall not hunger, and he who believes in me shall never thirst.
The most powerful way to grow closer to God is to encounter Him in the Sacraments. At Mass, we come into Jesus’ true presence, body and blood, soul and divinity; we experience a taste of heaven. In Confession, we find God’s infinite mercy as our loving Father welcomes us home, no matter how far we have wandered. See our home page for Mass and Confession times – you are always welcome!
Our relationship with God is a journey that lasts our entire lives. If you are interested in becoming Catholic as an adult, you are welcome here! In the Church, this process is called the Rite of Christian Initiation of Adults. To learn more about this process, go to our RCIA page. We would be honored to accompany you on your journey.
