RCIA – Rite of Christian Initiation of Adults
Interested in becoming Catholic?
The Rite of Christian Initiation of Adults (RCIA) is the process through which interested adults and children are gradually introduced to the Catholic faith and way of life.
RCIA is a process of welcoming, forming, and catechizing those who wish to be baptized in the Catholic Church. It is also for those who have been baptized in another Christian Church and want to join the Catholic Church and for baptized Catholics who have not received First Eucharist and Confirmation. The goal of RCIA is to foster and deepen the conversion of individuals and the entire community of believers.
